MARS YARD MAPS REFERENCE

MAP MANAGER > MY USERS

PURPOSE

Used to add users to your account so that you can give them access to your maps.

HOW TO

1. After logging in, click the My Users button.
2. The My Users screen will open. If there are no users in your account, your screen will look like this.If you do have users in your account, they will appear in the right hand column.
3. To add a user, simply type an email address for the user and click the Add User button.The user will be added to the right hand All Users list.
4. The newly added user will be sent an email including a link to the MYM login screen and a password.TIP: while technically you can make up whatever usernames you like, it is best practice to create usernames using email addresses as this will ensure they are automatically sent a notification email with their password and link details.
